Absolutely not. Only the title company will ever ask for your down payment money whenever we have secured a place for you and you are ready to close.

ANSWER:
Same way the public does, but we have a lot of connections with a database of Realtors.

How quickly does the whole process take?
ANSWER:
Locating the correct house for you is the longest part. Most houses are located in under 2 months. After that, it takes about 2-3 weeks to close. So you must add yourself to the list when you are ready to act fast!

Are we guaranteed to find a house with you?
ANSWER:
Unfortunately not. Things like, your ability to react to a prospective house, the availability of houses within the current market place, and meeting your criteria can dampen your ability to find a house with us.

Should I answer the questions on the mailing list honestly?
ANSWER:
Yes. In order to find you the best house and best deal, it is imperative for you to answer all questions accurately.

Will you check my credit?
ANSWER:
No.

What is the process if I find a house I like?
ANSWER:
Answer right away by emailing or calling our telephone number.
We go inspect the house.
Then we sign a contract to Sell & Purchase the house.
Next we send this out to our title company where you can go into their office to deal with them directly.
After that, we close.
QUESTION:
Does my credit score matter?
ANSWER:
No. The most important part is that you must be able to afford the monthly payments by showing proof of revenue and you must have the total down payment that you stated.
